The girl whose accounts I took over (the mother-screamer got fired last week, heh) - apparently she did nothing all day. I'm contacting these customers trying to get invoices, and I'm getting email after email stating "I sent that invoice to (mother screamer) on these 3 dates..."

I hate having to clean up someone else's mess. *grumble*
