when i called him on Feb 28th, he was of course thrilled, but also a little distracted. turns out he was leaving the next day to fly to southern china to get married. his bride is chinese and will be coming here in a couple months.

he just got back last night and called me with details about the jacket he wants to order. he's doing it for his brand-new-wife who has lived her whole life on an island right beside vietnam (so, pretty damn warm.)

isn't that nice?
