there should be a daily tracker you can follow. I don't see too much big name action happening this year for the EPL. I suspect more going out than coming in, but you never know.

It's major rumor mill shit which can be frustrating. You'll know who wants to make moves based on their budgets. The bigger clubs make way more moves than the bottom half.

You'll likely see Spurs rumors surrounding their defense and what options they have to shore that up
