They're idiots. He had consecutive tremendous drafts.

In two years, he drafted 5 (!) Pro Bowl players and 5 other guys who have been multi-year starters. In consecutive rounds, he drafted Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker. He did better in two rounds of WR drafting than the Lions did in three years of top 10 picks.
