How appropriate. I was sweeping the dusting of snow from my walk an hour ago when my knee twisted and I went down & hit the back of my head on a step

Can't put weight on the leg without it feeling like it's going to pop out of the socket. And there's this headache.
But I did not cry out, "Why? Why me?" It was more of a gentle "oomph". Fortunately, my next door neighbor was coming out of his house and he helped me back inside. Got my leg up. Took some ibuprofen for the head.
I need to keep an contact phone book on the first floor. It was a chore hopping on one leg up the stairs so I could call my boss to tell her I probably would not be in today.
