It saddens me that Alan Trammell doesn't get near the Hall of Fame.

he's not Ripken or Yount good for an overall career and doesn't compare to the ARod* or Jeter new-breek, but for the 80's shortstops, he's got a great career.

I leave out Ozzie becuase Ozzie is one of the 2 or 3 guys in the Hall basically for defense.
