It really seems like he shouldn't have done it. There's just not enough info, as you said, but he quoted a report anyway despite its flaws.

I understand people have questions but he didn't help anyone by doing that video. I like the previous ones I watched and I'm glad he says that quality info is lacking but he went on and it probably should have ended at telling people he doesn't know.
