This is my problem with the parliamentary/legislative system

They just spent an hour of cranky yelling on Rangel's bill, voted on it, and now could be faced with another bill to debate and vote on. It could be better, which puts some legislators in the position of being called flipfloppers.

Can you imagine if we elected candidates for office this way? "You have to vote for or against McCain, and McCain only. Then after that vote we'll have a vote for Obama. Then after that vote..."
