But requiring that any new entrant reatiler must 1) open stores 2) have an on-line e-commerce presence and 3) allow checking of in-store inventory on-line

All from day one is silly.

But if they couldn't stock their stores, obviously, that's a major failure.

And I'm not asking anyone to forgive them.
