that was actually the biggest part of the problem. The US Targets are popular destinations for Canadians in the US. And when they open here and

there is (a) no stuff to buy (b) what they have costs more and (c) you browse Target.com and see things you want and realize there is no chance to get them here, you just don't bother.

Everyone i know has shopped a US Target, they had expectations.
