what they have." unless the book was written to nicely say, "They don't have what you have; and that's okay; so don't be a dick about the lack of Wi-Fi in every location."
Travel books should be about what's there, what you can expect as far as amenities, local customs and other things that are important for safety and such...
but man, actually having to say, ~Their happiness is okay too despite not being you.~ just sounds so useless.
