where there's drinking, then yeah, there's probably some drunk yobbo Australian there (likely from one of the rugby-playing states).

So if you're the type of tourist who goes to museums and is in bed by 9pm, you'd have a different answer to "where are the most annoying tourists from?" than if you're the type of tourist who is into nightlife/beaches/having fun.
