Let's talk smokers.

Anyone have one of those Bradley electrics? I'm a bit reluctant to be beholden to a specific company for wood chips, and from what I understand they don't produce the pink ring in BBQ, which is not a deal killer but nice to have. I'm also thinking about a Weber Smokey Mountain bullet type, which is a little cheaper, but seems like they're a lot harder to keep at temperature.
