is wiggie around? we just finished the first episode of the new season of "Justified". (Massive Spoilers)

RIP Dewey. You're totally right...he was a spice and not the meal. As much as I loved the character I knew if they overused him he'd grow tiresome. They used him perfectly. Dimwitted, occasionally good hearted but mostly dumb and selfish. I loved how redneck happy hew as driving the tow truck, listening to...couldn't place the band but redneck rock...while traveling with what he assumed was drugs.

Diva and I, when the situation is right will say to each other, "Always comin' 'round here. Slappin' everybody..."

I found it sad, his end. Not for his wishing for a return to better times and then getting it in the back of the head but for his "look at the flowers, Dewey" moment.

I loved the episode in general. I love how subtly their making Raylan, who's intentions and tactics to an outsider would seem...justified are motivated by the will to win over Boyd (although getting to Florida may be a motivation too). While Boyd, to the outside seems to be motivated by ill intentions all he wants is to get away from Harlan and be with Eva. The show is good at being subtle and with purpose. Everything has a point. Eva's smoking a brand of cigarettes that look to be called, ~Escape~ with a picture of clouds at sunset.
