how is Diva only at level 3 in myvegas? did you close your account and restart?

I'm looking at my 'street' and one of the characters jiggling along has a sign saying 3 which is extremely odd for several reasons, usually beginners run through a dozen levels the first day.

so I click on it, and...its diva and mel snuggling up together.
