Say Cheese! if you LUV cheese - this is one I had recently and it was amazing

it was crumbled into a smokey butternut squash bisque that also had bacon and toasted candied walnuts ... the chevre was crumbled and maybe stirred ONCE in the soup before serving? so that you still had chunks of it that melted on your tongue when you scooped a spoonful.

the earthiness of the truffles with the tang of the goat cheese is just outstanding
