something new to me -- pasted from my note to one of my sisters:
pay $10 and, for a year, you receive free 2-day shipping of any order (except those requiring ground shipping) or discounted faster shipping, no minimum amount. you don't have to order often/much to have this be worth it! I'd bet it's in response to Nordstrom and some other sites having free shipping, no minimum - I wish Macy's do that or something like this; or, heck, just lower their minimum! {st note: this is because we both have decent-sized amounts of gift cards for there. aside: still no resolution for that card of theirs that was used before I used it. oof.}
I'm not sure if it'll count, but it's worth a shot - 10% back via discover if you use discover to pay.

p.s. I just found a little trick -- I added a $1 hair tie from their sale page, and was able to nab 3 samples -- the free shipping starts when you add Flash to your cart; so for $1.09 (maybe -10% and for sure -1% cashback from the discover card itself), I'll have a tie plus 2 perfume samples and a skincare sample. (I bet the hair ties aren't listed for long.. that has to be the lowest price item they have.)
