i struggle with this one. i guess i would have to so "no, they shouldn't be able to do that."

but that's part of a bigger thing, like they shouldn't be able to tell you what colour you can paint your house, or if you can hang clothes outside.
but, a big part of me thinks "well, someone has to think of the children!"
