Also, your suggested rules would be consistent with, say, EURO - which can invest in movies with European actors, but also in movies set in Europe.

The difficulty will be the # of possible investments. With CAINE I had ~50 starbonds to work with, plus their movies, and most of those actors worked regularly. With BACON, I had ~70 or so, but those actors were less busy, so it evened out. EURO, BRITS, AFRAM and AWARD all work with even more. But QUEER would have a lot less. Off the top of my head, I can only think of JFOST, NPHAR, MRODR, MBOME, REVER and QLATI.
