I agree with your choices except one: I think Goldfinger is the best of the Bond franchise so far.

I think Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark are is my favorite movie of that franchise, for very sentimental reasons, but in terms of filming, directing, acting, and etc. Last Crusade is a better movie.

It's tough deciding between "favorite" and "best" movies of each franchise, but aside from the one exception, I won't argue with your choices.
