I'm not sure he's the best for christian, but I don't think he'll be bad on his own. dakota, I liked a lot in "ben and kate," but I'm concerned about her and them together and just the telling of the story.

I didn't really want to read the books for a long time, mostly because of the oh-so-bad excerpts (I'm not at all opposed to well-written adult things, ahem); but I gave in and read them last year (nabbed a deal + feeling left out of pop culture references, heh); and my expectations were low enough that they were enjoyable enough, just in desperate need of a good editor.

I doubt I'll see the movie in a theater (I saw one movie in one last year), but probably will when it hits hbo or amazon.
