in this case, though, for me, the public version based on rumors/gossip tips the see-saw and, in effect, targets families that may well already having a sleazebag impact and may well have different viewpoints, too.

if it was private, it might well be considered extortion. eh.

(giving tips to media as to where they might see certain people engaging in certain behavior though, I'm not necessarily as opposed to. ;) -)
