If my pharmacy (the initials one) mislabeled my prescription but I know what they meant should I bother calling them about it?

I just got a refill. Well technically the doctor had to call in the prescription again because I was out of refills but it's a drug that I've been taking so the error could have been the doctor's office and not caught by the pharmacy.

They are 1000mg tablets and my prescription has always been "Take 2 Tablets Daily With Evening Meal"

My new prescription says "Take 2 Tabs By Mouth Four Times Daily With Evening Meal."
