Summary
Blizzard conditions with poor visibility in snow and blowing snow are expected or occurring. An intensifying low pressure system will approach the region on Monday and pass over Nova Scotia Tuesday morning. Snow will develop near noon on Monday over southwestern New Brunswick and then spread throughout the province in the afternoon. Strong northeast winds will accompany the system and will give blowing snow Monday night. Total snowfall amounts of up to 40 centimetres are expected with this system.

Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility. Limit outdoor activities. Public Safety Canada encourages everyone to make an emergency plan and get an emergency kit with drinking water, food, medicine, a first-aid kit and a flashlight.
