So before the horrible news I got. We had started the process to adopt a cat I found. Well news comes and we make a decision.

as long as we can handle the other, and still go forward with the adoption we will do it.

We adopted 2 kitties yesterday. It was a nice upper with all the downers going on.

I started adopting one, and Hotcakes found another one that was being fostered by the same person fostering mine. So they are pals already.

They have only come out for a little time and keep hiding (which is normal) but it was a nice little bit of joy. We missed having cats in the house.

So, you just got to keep pushing forward, living, keeping up the fight.
