I don't. Vinnie wants to be legit, but he'd be buying a group that would instantly crater in fan appeal

the UFC is popular becuase it's the pinnacle of a real sport...Vinnie doesn't want sport, he wants entertainment.
The fans that at this point are keeping UFC relevant with their oversaturation would turn on McMahon with all the disdain they could muster.
And that's even if Vince could figure out a way to buy an organziation that's likely twice as valuable as his own circus.
