we know what we saw, a guy drunkenly staggering for several minutes after a brutal hit.

At best, he's neurologically impaired in some form that resolved itself in a few minutes' time. At worst, their testing actually failed miserably.

I ain't a Pats Hater (on this) but there's gotta be something when a guy is doing that on the field, that the refs can order him off the field for immediate testing.

Given the NFL is involved, they have about 0 credibility on anything involving player safety and ethics.
