    - lump sum is pre-tax - for the annuity you only pay taxes on each payment each year -- nm - decline Feb 11, 11:56 1
      - That's as annoying as cable companies not revealing taxes and fees. If it's a "cash" option, advertise the number after fed taxes are taken. -- nm - Max Feb 11, 11:58
