I think we cleaned up, especially considering we weren't trading from strength.

I think it was assumed we'd be forced to take what we could get given the timing.
We traded a top 4 defenseman for a #1 defenseman. I'd put our top 4 against anyone in the league now.
Stafford fits nicely on our third line allowing Buff to move back to defense.
We got two great prospects, and I think I read that we're now rated first in the league in this regard.
We got a first round pick in a deep draft.
Best of all, we got rid of Kane. Sucks to see Bogo go though.
