this is one of the BEST weekends I've had in a while ... the vouchers are for 5 stores in Harbor Springs to promote shopping ... the Mardi Gras party is at a local spot - all inclusive ticket gets Zydecko band from New Orleans and drinks and food (awesome) - and I'm not competing in the Chili Cook Off - just going for fun.
