which means we're going to have to pull Declan from preschool since there's no one that can pick him up from school; luckily, Connor's school is close enough that she can walk there to pick him up.

Also bad, work related, we found out today that the shelter had put down a dog that we had told them we were considering pulling to our rescue since we had an open kennel due to an adoption. They didn't even consult us.

Between this and a few other issues, we're almost to the point of an open war with them.
