The stepson of the guy who owns the place did some rounds while his dad talked to him via headset. He offered some stuff to various employees he met, one of whom had a child with special needs. That dude had given his two weeks notice that very morning. They talked him into staying. Then, the show cuts to a news report 4 months later that stated his plant had been closed. It affected two of the four people the COO met as the CEO watched. The final update was something like, "Peavey is currently trying to fulfill their promised gifts."
The editing crew was fairly brutal to the company, which was more than justified.
