You know what's more annoying than restaurant websites? It's that every two-bit chain restaurant has to have an "Executive Chef."

We don't care. It's not like we're going to blame you for your chain's mediocrity. We know if you had your way you would use the finest ingredients. But instead, you have to use what the corporation says you can use.

What's your executive decision? Whether to crack open that third metric ton of manufactured pasta sauce?
