as far as I know, they closed on the sale of their old place on the 12th or 13th

and are living with family.
the original closing was the 30th, I offered to move it up to the 16th.
maybe it will still close by the 30th.
but I have to make sure the house has heat just in case, so I have to turn the utilities back into my name.
