But chances are that if she's doing branding (toma) that it's very much awareness driven stuff and asking people "where did you hear about me" is not going to lead to a ton of people saying the magazine. Instead, it's more likely to lead to people remembering her name when they do a search later on when they're actually in need of her service.
Anyway, my alarm bells go off at the non-answer answer, but it's basically just someone who's been trained to answer objections in a bad way.
