fine, do that, but everyone must know that 15+ yrs or so from now, they will start to get torn down, as the free market economy picks up steam, and the fear of the recession has passed us.
the last time took nearly 60 years before we rescinded many of the laws put in place due to a recession. it will not take nearly that long.
and then things will repeat.
