Part of that isn't "F the wealthy" as much as strangle the money available to other top GOP contenders.

Let's say there's 200 people willing to spend $1mil and there's 5 guys who are top-tier contenders; each gets about 40 on average...
but if I can take 100 of them, i just killed the other contenders.
