Let's see, it says his DOB is 9/27/1979. That makes him 35 years old. Deposition date 11/6/2006.

But that doesn't technically tell us when it occurred.
I'm going to go ahead and suggest he was probably not 16 when it happened.
He got 10 years and if he's just now out, got a bit of time off for good behavior.
