They know that if this doesn't work - they'll be facing the IDF Air Force.
I'm pretty hardline when it comes to Iran and nuclear capability.
I'm fine with a position that tests Iranians assertion that this if for power generation. Give them everything they want to achieve that technically. Anything dual use is out. If a piece of dual use tech is absolutely required, lock down the milestones. But Iran will back out at that point.
