Amoxy, Walking Dead question I asked last night but got no responses.

In the book is there anything about this "W" on the foreheads of dead walkers?

I read something about the Wolves. Is that the next bad guy? Or Negan? His group is the Saviors. Read on another website about possibly blending that and making his group the Wolves and tying that together.

Seems obvious that they are headed in some direction with it or they wouldn't have the main characters notice the W on the walker they killed.

Just curious.
