no, seriously . . . back about 20 yrs ago when my grandmom was still alive, we had a woman who came in to stay with her some during the day and all and help out. this woman loved to cook . . . cook everything in oil. we told her a few times that we were concerned w/ her health. she wasn't morbidly obese or anything, but she was a little overweight. a couple of years later, after my grandmom passed on, the woman finally went to the doctor for a check-up. her cholesterol level was over 800. she eventually did have a heart attack. i'm just surprised that it didn't happen years earlier.
