I haven't bb'd yet, so I don't know what this refers to; but I haven't ever paid for one, just had work-issued iPhone/iPad for years. -- nmbutblahblah

I've mentioned this before, I'm sure. I appreciate how Apple has been innovative, but that's been decreasing vs. others; I don't like their closed-off practices (how many years did it take for them to allow mp3 creation inside iTunes, for example - and it's still messy!); I am comfortable moving files all on my own; I am baffled that customers put up with how they make many regular tasks harder than they need to be; and, the biggest thing, I will not pay more for less primarily because their products and stores (including iTunes) have their logo on them.
