I'm using a deck of cards. Pick 2 identical cards and 1 outlier, then place them face-down. The guesser "knocks" on the card they've chosen.

Then the dealer peeks at the other two cards and throws away one of the ones that was identical.
Then the dealer offers a switch-or-stay choice.
