Anything. Throw some bullshit out there, you like her outfit, she has pretty eyes, anything.

As far as insecurity goes, you have been married. Someone at some point was interested in you. There are a million people out there wandering the streets single, if you never talk to them, you will never connect and find out if they might be the one for you.

I know I was once insecure too, I know it is hard to believe, but it is true. Once I learned that rejection is not only ok, but it is completely normal. Have you ever rejected anyone? I am guessing you have. It is no different. You did not do it to harm them, you just were not interested for whatever reason. Don't psyche yourself out before even getting up to bat.
