I agree with groiny, this is the wrong way to think about it. If she's over 18, then what is the problem really?

The "creepy old man" stuff is in Mop's head and has no practical use. Women are always going to have attitude when men try to talk to them. What difference does it make if they think Mop is "creepy old" or whatever? The fact that they're acting like a b*tch is all the information you need to move on.
