Got a question if I took an allergy pill and nasal spray at the same time is that overkill

Been dealing with some allergy/sinus congestion for awhile now and my Dr gave me a nasal spay. The allergy pills seems to help the sneezing and itch eyes but not the congestion.

what kind of spray and what kind of pill? if it's, like, zyrtec and flonase (or nasalcrom), no problem, I do that with doctor's knowledge. - b. Mar 11, 16:49 8
