what kind of spray and what kind of pill? if it's, like, zyrtec and flonase (or nasalcrom), no problem, I do that with doctor's knowledge.

most sprays, like those I mentioned, are meant to reduce sinus swelling, not address histamines, which drugs like zyrtec do address.
