They're not the first though. Ten years ago we and our clients were all on 30 but I switched to 60 a few years ago because about half our clients

just decided that that's when they're going to pay, and I don't want the bother of generating statements every month knowing it won't do any good.
Can I just adopt a 75 Net schedule on my mortgage regardless of what the bank wants? That'd be great, thanks.
