I've asked this before, I think. You know when you lose a lot of weight..? Does that extra skin tighten up at some point?

i certainly hope so . . . i need to drop like 40 pds. but I think a little skin tightening would be helped out a lot if i did crunches as well to ...

if it's a lot of weight (I'm thinking >150 pounds), I don't think so. the guy I know that lost like 250 got surgery for it. -- nm
