Wow, I am listening to Rob Manfred the new Baseball Commissioner on the DP show.

He is not smooth at all. He says "Um" every other word and seems to have a slight stutter. If it's nerves OK, but he is the commissioner, he needs to be a good speaker.
I am having trouble hearing what he is saying because of how he is saying.
